Join us for a wonderful week of intensive Aerial Yoga teaching in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. Dive deep into the practice and learn how to teach it to others. What is Aerial Yoga? Aerial Yoga allows everyone to experience a floating feeling of freedom and weightlessness. The Aerial Yoga hammock makes traditional Yoga postures easier and more achievable as the weight of the body is either partially or fully supported by the fabric. Aerial Yoga helps to increase your flexibility, develop strength, and experience deep, full breathing. ​ This exciting and very popular style of yoga is a beautiful fusion of different movement techniques like aerial arts, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, acrobatics and Nuad (Thai massage) put together in a holistic and healthy concept.

What will I learn? In ever level we have different teaching chapters: In Level 1 you wil learn the basic Aerial warm-up flows, Aerial strength and conditioning, Aerial inversion flows, Aerial acrobatic flows, Aerial partner flows, Aerial restorative flows, Aerial Nuad (Aerial Thai Massage)

Where does the course take place? This course is residential. All students will stay at the same wonderful wellness resort in Ubud, not far from the center but peaceful and quiet. The catering is traditional and delicious, vegan options are available as well. The friendly staff is taking care about anything you may need. Two pools provide great refreshment - also in the lunch break! Our Yoga shala is air conditioned and has big glass window walls on all sides.
