Tägliches Training in der Halle,

Unterkunft mit Frühstück,

Täglich Kältekammer bis - 110 Grad c - zur maximalen Regeneration ( Mayoka.at),

2x Stretching oder Yoga - Kurs

- Vortrag über Zellnahrung -

-Was braucht der Körper um optimal zu funktionieren?

• Wie Läuft die Verarbeitung der Stoffe im Körper?
• Was braucht es als Kraftsportler?

Behandlungspaket :

SRST (Systematische Regeneration- und Schmerztherapie),

Osteopathie und sanfte Chiropraktik,
