Welcome to our new Intermediate Plus course: this is our most advanced series at the moment.

We will explore new pops, icarians, h2h, extended f2h, whips and tricky moves like monos and goofy stuff for flows. Yeah!

This course if for acroyogi*nis who have been with us for at least 40+ classes or with equivalent experience, having mastered the pre-requisites below.

Starting on the 10th of April 2024, we will offer a 9-week-series on Wednesday evenings to create fun acroyoga sequences together and bring your skills to the next level!

Classes are 90 minutes long (19:00-20:30) and take place at our new Studio in 1060 Vienna, Loquaiplatz 11.

You don't need a partner to join!

Class Dates (Wednesdays, 19:00-20:30): 

• April: 10/04, 17/04, 24/04
• May: 01/05, 08/05, 15/05, 22/05
• June: 05/06, 12/06

Classes will build on each other but depending on availability you can also join for a drop-in.

Pre-requisites: In order to follow the class you should be familiar with at least 80% of the following pre-requisites. You should be able to do them as a base OR as a flyer, it can be with a spotter for mental support/extra safety, but the spotter is not helping to hold or enter the pose. Please reach out to us if you're unsure:

• pop bird to bird and American chair to American chair
• 4-step washing machine
• low and extended foot-to-hand
• ballerina
• other basic pops (chair to whale and back, bird to straddle and back)
• all 8 side stars (inside & outside, regular and reverse)
• reverse star

Energy exchange:

• 180 Euro for a 9-class pass (20€ per class)
• 110 Euro for a 5-class pass (first half of the course - 22€ per class)
• 88 Euro for a 4-class pass (second half of the course - 22€ per class)
• 25 Euro for a drop-in class
