Are you ready to start your acroyoga journey this August?

This mini-series of 5 classes will teach you the basics in a safe and fun environment. We will cover the foundations of acroyoga in five sessions so you can start basing, flying and spotting :)

Acroyoga is a beautiful mix of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage techniques that helps you expand your body and your mind. In this course, we will be focusing on L-basing which typically involves a base balancing a flyer on feet or hands and a spotter to keep everyone safe.

Classes are 90 minutes long (19:00-20:30) and take place at Loquaiplatz 11/1C in 1060 Vienna (entrance at the corner to Worellstraße).

Class dates (Tuesdays, 19:00-20:30)

August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th + September 3rd

You don't need a partner to join! In this class, we will work together in varying teams so while you are very welcome to come with a friend it is not necessary to be paired up in advance.

Places are limited to guarantee a personal and guided experience.

Energy exchange:

90€ for all 5 classes

25€ drop-in (single class)
