In this Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Special you practice postures to balance your major chakras, supported by the wonderful vibrations of the sound bath, which creates a healing field with gentle singing, gongs, crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, koshis and more, the yoga practice can unfold its effects down into the deepest layers of our body, mind and spirit.
Mind and thoughts come to rest, blockages can be released gently, prana flows more easily again and deep peace can arise.
As an addition for your senses, a selection of high-quality essential oils is available at the beginning, from which you can intuitively select and apply one.

She guides people through group sound journeys, having held over 200+ visionary Soundhealing Sessions since Fall 2021 as she committed fully to her mission- and provides unique and intimate 1:1 sound healing sessions using the voice through song, creating save sound spaces with beautiful instruments such as the Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Flute, Shamanic Drum, Monochord Harp, Chimes and many more.
