Begleite uns zu einem Yoga Abend voller Praxis und Theorie. In diesem Satsang erkunden wir die Osterthemen der Befreiung (Moksha) und des Erwachens (Bodha) im Yoga bzw. Auferstehung im Christlichen Glauben.

  • Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
  • With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Birgit betreibt seit 2008 gemeinsam mit Florian Reitlinger das Yogazentrum Mödling. Sie ist zertifizierte Anusara® Yogalehrerin und unterrichtet im Yogazentrum Anusarayoga, Grundkurse und Meditation. Ihr Yoga-Unterricht ist geerdet, kraftvoll, herzlich, nach klaren Prinzipien anatomisch genau ausgerichtet und immer gewürzt mit einer Prise Yoga-Philosophie. Sie lernt und lehrt in der tantrischen Philosophie des Kashmir Shivaismus. Nach einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studium war Birgit als Consultant in der IT Branche und Unternehmensberatung beschäftigt. Heute gibt sie ihr Wissen im Yogamagazin des ORF, auf yogamehome.org, bei Workshops im In- und Ausland und in ihrem Podcast OM Air weiter und leitet gemeinsam mit Florian seit fast 20 Jahren die Yoga Ausbildungen in der ans Yogazentrum angeschlossenen Akshara Akademie.
