Ecstatic dance is kind of a mindful party where you just follow the movement your breath, the body and the beat leads. Yoga Nidra is also called “the yogic sleep” a deep relaxation guided meditation form where you hover between sleeping and being fully awake.

I love helping people reconnect with their bodies, develop greater awareness of their breathing, and rediscover themselves through yoga and exercise. Yoga helps me master challenging tasks with greater composure. I teach in English. I play music in Pilates & Yin Yoga, no music in Vinyasa Flow classes.
