In August 2023, we will be offering our first weekend based 200 hour Teacher Training with local and International trainers. The training is a cooperation between yogakula and the School of Yoga and caters to everyone who desires to learn in depth about yoga and teaching.
Lenka, our full-time yogakula teacher, will be leading this Info Session. After the Info Session you can join Lenkas class to get to know her teaching style.
Joan Hyman, who is based in LA, California, will be the lead teacher during this training. Joan has worked with us for multiple years now and has educated countless students all over the world! During the Info Session you will be learning about the daily schedule of a teacher training and it's content, moreover you have the chance to ask questions and potentially meet your fellow yogi classmates!

Lenka is a yoga teacher with a strong background in medical research and a deep understanding of anatomy and the human body. Her teaching combines dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with alignment-based Iyengar Yoga, guiding students toward stability, safety, and sustainable expansion of their capabilities. Classes integrate pranayama, kriya practices and mantra, creating a holistic experience for both body and mind. Lenka’s message to her students: Whatever you are doing, or trying to accomplish is already enough and know that you are loved!
