Du beherrscht die 4 Schwimmtechniken in Grobform? – ab zum Feinschliff. Alle in Technik 1 erlernten Schwimmlagen werden im tiefen Wasser (50m Becken) umgesetzt. Durch gezielte Übungen schwimmst du schneller und effizienter. Falls du für Wettkämpfe trainieren möchtest empfehlen wir die Masters – Kurse.
