Kiri offers an opportunity to play, get curious about the body and sweat through the highs and lows of life. Her Vinyasa Flow classes carry the joy and energy of a really good party – fluid, music-driven and full of permission to explore movement without pressure. Rooted in a deep respect for both discipline and softness, her teaching balances physical challenge with permission to feel. Her background includes Bikram and Kundalini yoga, but she now teaches from a place of inquiry rather than instruction. She values community, shared learning and the kind of honesty that invites questions and connection.
