With 18 years of experience in Fitness and a background in teaching Stretching, TRX, Barre, personal and group classes, Alisa brings energy, precision and results to every class. She is a certified „ Balanced Body“ - Reformer Pilates Teacher and loves how the Reformer challenges both, Body and Mind. Her classes are dynamic and technique-focused—fun and always challenging! She is passionate about movement, progress, and helping clients reach their full potential. Outside the Studio, she enjoys Poledance, Golf, Traveling, and anything creative. Always moving forward—there’s no other way!
