Join us for an evening of movement, self-expression and connection.

Together, we'll explore movement as a way to reconnect with ourselves, release tension and express what words often cannot. Guided by Matteo Rivetto's immersive electronic and organic soundscape, you'll be invited to explore different movement qualities inspired by the five elements - grounding, flowing, expanding, transforming and integrating.

Rather than following choreography, you'll be encouraged to let your body guide the experience instead of your thinking mind.

No choreography.No expectations.Just music, movement and curiosity.

Whether you're completely new to conscious dance or already familiar with the practice, you're warmly welcome. There is no right or wrong way to participate. You can dance, pause, sit, lie down or simply listen. Everything is an invitation.

Free cancellation is possible up to 4 days before the event. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued after that. If you're unable to attend at short notice, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
