Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means 'coming together in truth' — a space where people gather to connect, practise, and share something meaningful.

In this chanting circle, we do this through mantra. Through simple call and response chanting we quiet the mind and shift awareness from head to heart.

You don’t need any experience or a 'good' voice. You can chant, listen, or simply sit with the sound. A simple, grounding practice to arrive, connect, and share something together.

Andrea Sontheim und Eleonora Vaccaro sind beide Jivamukti Yoga Lehrerinnen mit 800 Stunden Zertifizierung. Sie üben leidenschaftlich seit 20 Jahren Yoga und unterrichten bei Jivamukti München. Bhakti Yoga, Chanten und Yogaphilosophie sind feste Bestandteile ihrer Praxis.
