Hot 60 – Bikram Inspired Yoga in 60 Minuten
Das berühmte Bikram Yoga ist hot und wird bei 38 Grad geübt. Wir machen 26 Hatha-Yoga Übungen (Asanas) mit 2 Atemübungen (Pranayama). Jede Position bereitet dich auf die nächste vor bzw. arbeitet deinen ganzen Körper einmal durch, von innen nach außen, von oben nach unten, in jede Zelle.
Die Klasse dauert 60 Minuten und ist für alle Yogis, sowie auch besonders für Anfänger geeignet. Durch die Hitze werden die Muskeln weicher und der ganze Körper beweglicher. Zusätzlich wird das Immunsystem aktiviert, der Kreislauf kommt in Schwung und Entgiftungsprozesse werden beschleunigt. Diese Hot Yoga Sequenz hat einen besonders hohen therapeutischen Wert.

About
Hailing from Minnesota, USA, Anne moved to Vienna over 15 years ago. What started as a one year study abroad adventure to study opera turned into a new found home. She is the founder of Opera on the Lake, an operetta festival in her home state of Minnesota and is also the executive director of Really Spicy Opera, a company devoted to creating and developing new opera. Her yoga practice began 10 years ago when a friend dared her to try hot yoga. She quickly fell in love with the hot room and became a karma yogi at Yoga College. She is thrilled to be a new member of the teaching staff, and strives to motivate students to find that beautiful balance between effort and ease, focus and fun. http://www.annewieben.com
Education
She received her Master's degree in opera performance at the Musik und Kunst Universität Wien, and enjoys an active career as an operatic soprano. Her performing has taken her across the globe, from Japan to Madagascar as well as some of the most prestigious stages in Europe.
