Christina is a certified BASI Pilates teacher. When not working on getting people even more enthusiastic about the power of Pilates she is organizing events and doing Public Relations as a freelancer. Christina jumped into her first class years ago without having any idea what to expect. She had her OMG moment right away: The exercises looked easy, but it didn't even take five minutes till the first cramp. What was that?
