A slower pace practice including meditation & breathing exercices, the Hatha Yoga class will leave you both energised, centred and relaxed. A perfect way to end the day and take a moment for yourself.

Kim BOUTTERA
Born and raised in France, I have been living in Switzerland since 2013. I went to my first yoga class in 2011 and fell in love with it immediately but in my hectic student life I did not really made the time to fit a regular practice. It is not before 2014 that I really depend my practice and also incorporated meditation in my daily life.
In 2015 I left to travel for a year and got my yoga education (mainly in India, but also Thailand, Costa Rica and Canada) and trained with different people all over. Back in Zurich I also did a yin and kids yoga teacher training.
I want to create a space for students to connect to their own practice and feel safe doing it. I like to incorporate different styles into my classes and encourage people to also have a self-practice at home.
The beauty of yoga is that you can practice at any stage of your life. Something magical happens when you step on your mat, breath and tune into yourself. Every day and every practice is different.
I want to be able to share this with others.
Cancellation conditions
Class registrations can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to class start.
In case of late cancellation or no show, the class will be deducted from your current abo.
If the class is fully booked, you can register on the waitlist - if a spot becomes available, all clients on the waitlist will receive a push notification with the option to sign up for the class as per the usual registration process. No class is deducted when signed up on the waitlist.
