Our relax & restore Yoga class is energizing and soothing through deep releases. It targets the connective tissues with the aim of increased circulation in the joints and improved flexibility, as opposed to the more dynamic yoga practices, which target the muscles. This class provides the ideal counter to high intensity training and a stressful life.
