IHP with pilates principles and high intensity interval training. workout in a warm room with 35 degrees and 40% humidity. Intense training full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve over all health and well being.
Studio opens 15 minutes before the start of the course. Only limited capacity allowed in our studios. Pre-registration is not necessary but recommender. Use of showers and rental towels/mats are allowed.

Training in einem warmen Raum mit 35 Grad und 40% Luftfeuchtigkeit.Es ist ein ganzheitliches Intensivtraining, welches entwickelt wurde, um Muskeln zu stärken, Flexibilität zu verbessern und um die allgemeine Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden zu verbessern.

Cancellation policy
Eine Stornierung ist bis 8 Stunden vor dem Kurs möglich. Verspätete Stornierungen und Nichterscheinen: Die Online-Vorregistrierung ist gesperrt. Die Gebühr für das Freischalten der Online-Vorregistrierung beträgt 10 €. Es ist möglich, Kurse ohne Voranmeldung zu besuchen. Wenn die Kurse jedoch voll sind, können wir Ihnen keinen Platz garantieren.
Kunden mit Blockkarte: Die Online-Aufbewahrung ist weiterhin möglich, 1 Besuch wird jedoch automatisch vom Block abgezogen.

Cancellation is possible up to 8 hours before the lesson. Late cancellations and no-shows: online pre-registration is blocked. The fee for activating the online pre-registration is € 10. It is possible to attend courses without prior registration. However, if the courses are full we cannot guarantee you a place.
Customers with a block card: online storage is still possible, but 1 visit is automatically deducted from the block.
