Eine geführte online Breathwork-Session. Aktive intensive Atemphasen (ca. 5min) wechseln sich mit passiven und ruhigen Pausen (ca 2min) ab. Im verbundenen Atem bringst Du Energie in deinen Körper, in den kurzen Pausen lässt du dich mehr und mehr in dich sinken und diese Energie ihre Arbeit tun.
Du spürst deinen Körper, du spürst dich selbst, du atmest durch Gefühle und Empfindungen hindurch, hast Gelegenheit alte Schichten in dir aufzulösen, kannst deine Kraft spüren. Musik begleitet dich währenddessen. Achtsamkeit auf den eigenen Körper bildet den Rahmen für deine Erfahrungen.
Nach einer ca. 15-minütigen Entspannungsphase führe ich dich noch durch eine sanfte Atem-Meditation, die dein Nervensystem ausbalanziert.
Die Aufzeichnung steht dir noch 2 Tage weiter zur Verfügung.

This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
