Dynamic Acroyoga (Pops, Icarians, Whips)

Let’s fly a bit higher - this mini series focuses on creating airtime and more dynamic movements in your acroyoga practice. We focus on pops (airtime with connection of the hands), icarians (full disconnection between base and flyer) and basic whips.

The content of the three classes will be intertwined, but they can also be booked separately.

Please not that this is not a beginner-friendly class. Pre-requisites are: stable in basic washing machines (Ninja Star, Fourstep), stable in mono-leg poses for the base (e.g. side stars, mono star, mono reverse star).

3-class-series: 55€
