New to Acroyoga Course

Do you want to start your acroyoga journey? :)

This series of 9 classes will teach you the basics in a safe and fun environment. We will cover the foundations of acroyoga to give you the tools you need to practice safely and combine poses into little flows.

Acroyoga is a beautiful mix of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage techniques that helps you expand your body and your mind. In this course, we will be focusing on L-basing which typically involves a base balancing a flyer on feet or hands and a spotter to keep everyone safe.

Classes are 90 minutes long (19:00-20:30) and take place at our new Studio in 1060 Wien - Loquaiplatz 11.

9 Class dates (Mondays from 19:00-20:30):

• April: 08/04, 15/04, 22/04, 29/04
• May: 06/05, 13/05, 20/05
• June: 03/06, 10/06

You don't need a partner to join! In this class, we will work together in varying teams so while you are very welcome to come with a friend it is not necessary to be paired up in advance. No prior experience required.

Each class includes a good warm up, introduction to new postures, time to revisit and practice previous ones and explanations on how to link them in flows

There will also be an optional WhatsApp group to share questions and get feedback about your practice during the week.

Places are limited to guarantee a personal and guided experience.

Energy exchange:

• 180 Euro for a 9-class pass (20€ per class)
• 110 Euro for a 5-class pass (first half of the course - 22€ per class)
• 88 Euro for a 4-class pass (second half of the course - 22€ per class)
• 25 Euro for a drop-in class

Important: if you join for the second half of the course only, we recommend already having some acroyoga experience as the classes build on each other.
