Acroyoga Open Level (90 min)

Stefano and Jolien are nomads, dreamers and passionate beings. Together they travel the world sharing their love for AcroYoga. They love to incorporate the teachings of Acro on communication, trust, and social connection in their daily lives. This passion grew into ‘Yoga of Acro’; a style that incorporates the yogic spirit and asanas into Acro and the other way around. They enjoy all styles of Acro and choose to teach a mix, keeping their values and teachings as the key point. Being able to switch roles on many occasions, makes them better understand what is needed to make particular skills work while having fun and being empathetic with each other.
