Intermediate Acroyoga Series

For all the acroyogi*nis out there who have mastered the basics and are curious to learn new flows, transitions, pops and icarians. We'll take it to the next level

Starting on the 18th of October we will offer a 10-week-series on Wednesday evenings to create fun acroyoga sequences together.

Classes are 90 minutes long (19:00-20:30) and take place at PERFORM studio - Mariahilfer Straße 51, im 3. (letzten) Innenhof, 1060 Wien.

You don't need a partner to join.

Class Dates (Wednesdays, 19:00-20:30): 

October: 18th, 25th

November: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

December: 6th, 13th, 20th 

Please note that this is not a beginners class! There will be time to refine some things but we expect you to have mastered the pre-requisites (see below). Reach out if you have questions concerning your level and are unsure if you can join the group.

Classes will be built on each other but depending on availability you can also join for a drop in.

Pre-reqs:

Static poses: Stable bird and reverse bird, throne, star, side star, reverse star.

Dynamic: ninja star, bat to star and back.
