Beginner Plus Acroyoga Course

Dear Acroyogi*nis,

This course is the continuation of our beginner series - the bridge between acroyoga newbies and our intermediate course. We will teach you to refine your basics, add new poses and link them into fun flows.

It is perfect for you if you've already had 8-10 acroyoga lessons (or equivalent experience), know basic static postures as well as first transitions and are curious to further explore the world of flows and washing machines.

Classes are 90 minutes long (19:30-21:00) and take place at our new Studio at Loquaiplatz 11, 1060 Wien.

9 Class dates (Tuesdays from 19:30-21:00):

• April: 9/04, 16/04, 23/04, 30/04
• May: 07/05, 14/05, 21/05,
• June: 04/06, 11/06

Pre-requisites. You should be able to do at least 80% of these poses as a base OR flyer. It can be with a spotter for safety :) Please reach out to us if you’re not sure.

You don't need a partner to join! In this class, we will work together in varying teams so while you are very welcome to come as a couple it is not necessary to be paired up in advance.

Each class includes a good warm up, introduction of new postures, time to revisit and practice previous ones and explanations on how to link them in flows.

There will also be an optional WhatsApp group to share questions and get feedback about your practice during the week. Places are limited to guarantee a personal and guided experience.

Energy exchange:

• 180 Euro for a 9-class pass (20€ per class)
• 110 Euro for a 5-class pass (first half of the course - 22€ per class)
• 88 Euro for a 4-class pass (second half of the course - 22€ per class)
• 25 Euro for a drop-in class
