In this workshop, we’ll begin with our connection to the earth. The earth provides sustenance, support, and power. When we build strength from the ground up, we make space for greater ease and fluidity. After establishing connection and rootedness into the earth, we’ll find mobility, freedom through extension in the upper body and space in and around our hearts and minds.

Janet approaches the practice through sadhana (daily ritualized practice) as a way to explore the power of chanting, storytelling, aligning from the inside out, and sequencing from a place of inner knowing. You get to immerse in an experience that is both, inspiring and embodying.

My prayer for you is to find a home deep within, to heal, and be nourished from the inside out. We have the potential to feel whole, grounded and to fully understand ourselves and the world around us. Through intentional movement, breath, meditation, mantra, and right action, the ancient art and science of yoga can come alive when each one of us creates more clarity and ease. This is a home for all of us to remember our true nature and grow individually and collectively.
