STUDIO SIX and LUMEÉ MOVEMENT have teamed up to combine strength and flexibility.

Sculpt & Mobility is a two-hour event that combines strengthening Pilates exercises with active mobility work: 45 minutes of Pilates with Carola to build strength, followed by 45 minutes of flexibility training with Ivi to specifically enhance mobility. You’ll experience an improved range of motion and greater strength within movement.

To cool down, we’ll gather for black sesame lattes (iced, if needed 🖤) and banana bread in our community area. A perfect way to wind down this active morning.

Note: This event will be held in German. However, you don’t need to be fluent in German to benefit from the movement and social aspects of the experience.

Pilates (or what I thought was Pilates. In retrospect, more of a workout labeled as Pilates..) has been part of my life for 10+ years. But it wasn’t until I attended my first authentic Pilates class that everything changed. For the first time, I experienced real control, precision, and connection to movement. Inspired by this experience, I completed my teacher training with BASI®. What started as a way to balance my office job in the health and wellness industry quickly grew into something much bigger and I transitioned into teaching full-time. As a certified BASI® Pilates teacher (comprehensive teacher in training), I guide students across the full spectrum of Pilates equipment. My goal is simple: I want you to leave my class feeling taller, more aligned, and ready to take on whatever life throws at you. Because for me, Pilates is a method to move better, feel better, and live better.
