Ich lade dich herzlich zum ersten Fly & Flow Festival ein!
Am Sonntag, 20. März 2022, ist nicht nur Frühlingsbeginn, sondern auch ein Tag, an dem wir gemeinsam Yoga üben und unser Wissen erweitern.
Zusammen werden wir morgens, mittags und abends drei unterschiedliche Yogastunden genießen. Dazwischen erwarten uns Interviews und Vorträge zu verschiedenen, spannenden Themen.
Vorläufiges Programm:
09:00-09:30 Begrüßung & Pranayama
09:30-10:30 Flow & Grow (Vinyasa Yoga)
10:30-11:00 Häufige Verletzungen & Stress mit Physiotherapeut Manuel Peter
11:30-12:00 Vegane Ernährung für SportlerInnen mit Ernährungsberaterin Christina Dengg
12:00-13:00 Yin Yoga
14:00-14:30 Achtsamkeit & mehr mit Mentaltrainerin Daniela Heilmann
14:30-15:30 Inside Flow (Dance Yoga)
16:00-16:30 Empowerment Workshop mit Coach Julia Zöchbauer
16:30-17:00 Meditation und Verabschiedung
Alle Einnahmen werden auf freiwilligen Spenden basieren und dem Tierheim Baden zugute Kommen!

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
