Ein Vormittag für Ruhe, Kreativität und gemeinsames Stricken. Tauche ein in einen entspannten Morgen voller wohligem Kaschmir, sanfter Klänge und achtsamer Gemeinschaft. Wir stricken gemeinsam, genießen ein Soundbath und lassen den Alltag hinter uns.

Gönn dir eine kreative Auszeit. Bei unserem Event verbinden wir die beruhigende Wirkung des Strickens mit der tiefen Entspannung eines Klangbads. Egal ob du Anfängerin bist oder schon lange strickst, wir starten gemeinsam einen Sophie Scarf.

Close Knit Group bedeutet eine eng verwobene Gruppe, ein Kreis von Menschen, die sich gut verstehen, viel zusammen unternehmen und sich gegenseitig unterstützen, wie die Nadeln und die Wolle, wenn man so will.

Wir sind Anna und Ayla und uns verbindet so einiges miteinander, wir durften nebeneinander aufwachsen und teilen so einige Hobbies, darunter auch das Stricken. Und da stricken zusammen mehr Spaß macht kam uns die Idee für dieses Event.

Ablauf:

Start um 11 Uhr mit einem Sound Bath mit Alexa. Dann gemeinsam Kaffee trinken und stricken.

Level:

Beginner, wenn du schon Rechte und Linke Maschen kannst ist es super, aber kein Muss, wir helfen dir!

Wolle + Tools:

Option 1: Kaschmirwolle Grau, Rundstricknadeln 3,5mm + Anleitung ( 75 EUR )
Option 2: nur Anleitung. Rundstricknadel 3,5mm und 25g Kaschmirwolle sind zum selbst mitnehmen ( 35 EUR )

Alexa ( who is the creator of STUDIO MOND ) is interested in yoga not only as a physical practice but in everything that comes with it — philosophy, chanting, breath, sound, and the quieter, more subtle parts. In her classes, you might hear the harmonium, explore a piece of yogic wisdom, move through a strong and steady asana practice, or be guided into moments of stillness. Over the years, she has completed more than 1000 hours of training across different yoga traditions. While she continues to explore many approaches to the practice, Jivamukti Yoga and Yin are the methods where she feels most at home. At the heart of her teaching is the wish to create a space where people can experience themselves more fully. Her classes invite students to explore the practice with presence, curiosity, and a sense of joy.
