In this 3day Workshop we will learn basic moves on the Aerial Hoop! This workshop is suitable for beginners on Aerial Hoop!

About Astrid Strasser: Already as a child the world of circus fascinated me. In my dreams I danced through the circus arena, balanced on a rope holding a Lilliput umbrella or flew on a trapeze.

Now, decades later, this dream has become reality.

Since I regularly follow my urge to travel, I combine my passion for Aerial with my second passion: travelling. Be it Flying Trapeze in Thailand, Aerial Silk in Morocco, Aerial Hoop at Bali or Hula Hoop in Iran.

Being open minded is very important for me - in my daily life as well as in teaching. Whenever I manage to inspire others and to instill my passion - which has accompanied me since my childhood - in others, I feel honestly happy.
