Flying Pole - Level 1

Level 1 beginner/advanced beginner «Basic steps & Fundamental techniques of Flying Aerial Pole».

In class you will get:

the necessary knowledge and basic techniques of body control; how to effectively use your available physical forces without loss of quality in your movements during the whole work in the air; how to harmoniously combine different positions and tricks in various transitions; most importantly - how to create your own personal style in aerial dance.

I’m a professional performer and instructor of flying chinese pole, as well as a presenter of workshops in Ukraine and Europe. Have a successful experience of participation in different circus and pole international competitions and shows: 2010 - Hong Kong, Semifinalist of Intern. Pole Championship 2011 - Miss Pole Dance Ukraine competition: Silver medal
