Dive in - Front & Back Dives and Drops on Silks (Inter. - Adv.) mit Christine Wunderlich

This workshop features fun and beautiful forward and back dives as well as creative entries into them. We will include a purpose-designed warm-up and cover the technique and proper muscle recruitment to keep safe during these dramatic Forward and Back Dive Skills. Learn how to be in control of the dive drop instead of the drop controlling you! We will work on variations and dynamics that can add more advanced elements to your basics.

Prerequisites: Students must be able to do a clean inversion multiple times & feel comfortable climbing to a height of 6+ meters. Students must be comfortable with drops and should have some previous experience. Please bring a T- shirt – covered lower back and armpits is recommended. Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Die in Kanada geborene Christine Wunderlich ist eine professionelle Luftakrobatin und Tänzerin, die fast zwei Jahrzehnten für große Unternehmen wie Royal Caribbean und Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin arbeitete sowie auch in nationalen und internationalen TV- und Filmproduktioen zu sehen war. Obgleich sie an Hoop, Silks, Spirale, Trapez, Bungee, Sway Pole performt hat, liegt ihr pädagogisches Spezialgebiet bei den Aerial Silks. Christine ist eine Aerial Physique - Master Trainerin und hat einen Studienabschluss als Zirkuslehrerin von der National Circus School of Canada in Montreal. Es ist ihre Leidenschaft, Kunstformen zu kombinieren, eine Fusion aus „Tanz in der Luft“ zu schaffen und ihren einzigartigen Stil in Performance, Choreografie und Unterricht zu bringen.
