Handstands with Juampi & Mar (Saturday)

We are usually putting a lot of enfasis in the beggining of our classes on injury prevention , some basic body conditioning as a warm up, then spesific drills to create awareness on alignment and then we dive directly on handbalancing.

Some of the topics we will see during both days are entrances, sequencing and range of motions and presses.

And for those who have already a good balance and Level we go for some shapes on spine extensions or some one arms.

Juampi:

Juampi is from Argentina and began his journey in circus and acrobatics in 2008. He studied at the Circo para Todos school in Cali, Colombia.

His main disciplines are hand balancing and group acrobatics. A passionate mover, he has explored many other secondary disciplines such as juggling, unicycling, slacklining, acroyoga, dance, and clowning, all of which have shaped his character and artistic personality over the years.

Mar:

Mar Andino is from Argentina, an artist and movement teacher specializing in Acroyoga and Handstands. Her pedagogical approach integrates a solid background in Performing Arts with fifteen years of professional experience in theater and street circus.

In her practice, Mar fuses the technical precision of inversions with the fluidity of Yoga and the rhythm of folk dance.
