Discover infinite possibilities of movement and build your internal map to navigate it.Dive into a weekend intensive with world-renowned dancer and movement artist Mr. Kriss and discover the infinite possibilities of your body.This intensive focuses on opening all the body's channels and parts and visiting landscapes within us we didn't know existed. Through guided improvisation and creative tasks inspired by hip-hop culture, breaking and acting, you will move in the air and on the ground with complete freedom, trust and confidence. We will touch upon topics such as the art of falling, fluidity, effortlessness and physical poetry, embodying them through music and a safe atmosphere in the room. You will see how easy it is to connect with people when you feel comfortable with yourself and how being silly and playful is our primary language of communication.Open to ALL levels & ages - expect moments of effort and discomfort that lead to a deep sense of pleasure.

Teacher: Kristián Mensa (Mr. Kriss) is a Prague-based dancer, choreographer, and visual artist. Blending breaking with fluidity and contemporary expression, he has collaborated with artists like Kylie Minogue, Ai Weiwei, Hania Rani, and Patrick Watson, as well as brands such as Louis Vuitton, Adidas, WWF, and Cercle.
