This 1.5-hour workshop is designed as a preparation for our upcoming studio jam.
We will focus on:
• Floor to pole transitions
• Working with different pole levels
• Impulses and dynamics
• Pauses, timing and control
The goal is to improve movement quality, confidence in improvisation and connection between elements.
Suitable for students who have attended at least 4 dance classes recently in any dance style.
Price:
• €5 for jam participants (message the admin to get the discount code 😏)
• €10 regular price
