Basic Membership
- This membership has a minimum commitment of 6 months.
- After the initial 6 months, the membership automatically renews monthly unless canceled in writing with at least 30 days’ notice.
- €75 per month, paid automatically each month via your chosen payment method.
- By signing up, you agree to complete the full 6-month term.
- Includes 5 classes per month (valid for any 60 or 90-minute regular group class).
- Unused classes do not roll over to the next month.
- Cancellation of memebrship is only possible after the 6-month period, with 30 days’ written notice to: info@the-energystudio.com
- Membership can't be paused.
- This membership is non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases such as relocation or medical reasons, a pro-rata credit or transfer may be considered at the discretion of the studio.
- Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class begins.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your monthly allowance.
Energy Studio allows members to pause their active membership once for 2 weeks during the 6-month contract period. The pause must be requested in written form before the pause begins.
The membership can only be paused in one single 2-week block, and the validity of the membership will be extended accordingly by 2 weeks.

Zahlungsbedingungen & Stornierung
Die erste Zahlung wird am 16.7.2026 abgebucht. Danach erfolgt die Abbuchung alle Monat.
Die Membership kann jederzeit unter Einhaltung der Kündigungsbedingungen gekündigt werden.
Andernfalls verlängert sich die Membership am Ende der Laufzeit automatisch um 6 Monate.
Wenn du eine Membership online abschließt, könntest du diese online in den Membership-Details kündigen. Wenn du die Membership direkt vor Ort abschließt, dann müsstest du die Kündigung schriftlich bei dem Sportanbieter eingereichen.
Mit dem Abschluss des Kaufs bestätigst du, dass du mindestens 18 Jahre alt bist.
Widerrufsrecht:
Für online getätigte Käufe können gesetzliche Widerrufsrechte gelten. Wenn du Verbraucher:in bist und ein Widerrufsrecht besteht, kannst du den Kauf innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Kaufdatum widerrufen, indem du deine Anfrage über die "Widerrufen"-Funktion in Eversports oder direkt per E-Mail einreichst.
