Barre is a ballet based workout. Perfect for improving posture, coordination & tone. We will strengthen & lengthen the muscles during an hour long upbeat class. Starting in the centre with a warm up, moving then to the ballet barre for approximately 30 mincutes. Afterwards will will come back into the centre of the room for some floor work on our mats. No matter if you’re a budding ballerina or have two left feet, this class is open to everyone!
*Cancellation of block payment is only valid if the class is cancelled or removed permanently from the schedule.
