A ballet based fitness class designed for Mama’s with their babies. Starting with a warm up, then heading into the mat for some core work then to the ballet barre for some strengthening exercises.
The tiny class members can be on the mat or in a carrier/sling. Whatever suits you both best in that moment.

No previous Dance experience necessary. Mats are available at the studio.
Please bring your own carrier/sling.

There is a changing table in the building along with showers and changing rooms.
