Come visit us for a drop-in and train with us! Drop-ins are for experienced CrossFitters only. If you are not a member at a CrossFit gym you please check out our Basic classes. We look forward to meeting you soon!

CrossFit experience required (at least three months) at a CrossFit Affiliate Gym. You need to be able to do the basic CrossFit movements (Squats, Presses & Pulls), should be regularly following the WODs online, or train at another CrossFit facility. You don’t have any injuries or health issues that need special attention.

Please arrive a little bit ahead of time to have enough time to find our gym, say hi and introduce yourself as guest to the trainer. Have fun and enjoy your workout!
