Your first Reformer experience is an invitation to reconnect — with your body, your breath, and your own rhythm. Guided through flowing movements, you’ll strengthen, lengthen and align from the inside out.

After class, take your time. Enjoy a drink, unwind in our Social Area, or simply stay for a moment of stillness. OURS is not just a studio — it’s a space made for you.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. No entry after the session starts. Classes are practiced in grip-socks only.
