You’ll learn what Bhakti Yoga truly is, beyond concept or belief, and how devotion can be felt through movement, breath, and presence. Through guided reflection and teaching, we’ll explore how Bhakti can transform your relationship to your practice, your heart, and yourself.

The physical practice is a signature Bhakti Flow with an emphasis on heart opening, spinal mobility, and flexibility. Expect fluid, intentional sequencing that invites softness and strength to coexist, allowing emotion, breath, and movement to meet. 

This masterclass is both educational and experiential, offering tools you can integrate into your own practice or teaching. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of Bhakti Yoga, a felt sense of devotion in the body, and a renewed connection to why you practice in the first place.
