Saturday, 15th of March
- 11:15 – 13:45 | Biomechanics & muscle structure
- learn how muscles work together to create movement
- understand functional anatomy and movement patterns in yoga
- explore the concept of tensegrity and stability vs. flexibility
- 14:30 – 17:00 | Breath & Movement
- discover how breath influences movement and posture
- explore the anatomy of the respiratory system and its role in yoga
- learn how breath awareness can enhance strength, flexibility, and relaxation
Sunday, 16th of March
- 11:30 – 15:00 | The Nervous System & Yoga
- understand the nervous system’s role in asana, pranayama & meditation
- explore how breath and movement influence the parasympathetic and sympathetic responses
- learn how to weave anatomical knowledge into your personal practice or teaching
- open round for questions, talks, including tea and Dal Tadka
