This class is about the healing properties of dancing. We invite you to discover a path of self-expression, liberation, and profound connection. From the dance floor to the depths of your being, you'll explore the power of movement as a gateway to personal growth, healing, and expanded awareness. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a curious seeker, this class offers an insight to conscious dance as a transformative practice and lifestyle.
Includes live acoustic and electronic music, ambient spheres and some guided somatic practices on the way.
NOTE: In the first 20 minutes we start the journey guided by music only, without speaking. You can simply drop in, exhale, arrive, move and listen.
