DE Nora ist eine weitgereiste und begeisterte Yogini. Vor 15 Jahren fand Sie in Indien über Ayurveda zu Yoga und unterrichtet seit 2020 in Thailand, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Portugal und Wien. Die besondere Praxis mit Nora bringt dich ins Hier & Wow, aktiviert und balanciert dich. In ihrem Unterricht verwebt sie Hatha Yoga, Atempraxis (Pranayama) und Kundalini Kriyas und schafft so eine greifbare und praxisnahe Brücke zwischen Tradition und Moderne. EN: Nora is a well-traveled and enthusiastic yogini. She found yoga in India through Ayurveda 15 years ago and has been teaching in Thailand, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Portugal and Vienna since 2020. The special practice with Nora brings you into the here & wow, activates and balances you. In your classes you can expect Hatha Yoga, breathing practice (Pranayama) and Kundalini Kriyas. Nora loves to dance freely like at the Ecstatic Dances with her in ALKEMY Soul.
