Ready to play, explore, and tap into your inner strength? If you’ve been eyeing headstands, forearm stands, or handstands—but aren’t quite sure how to get there—this workshop is your gateway to the upside-down world.

Across three progressive sessions, we’ll dive deep into each major inversion:

  • Sunday 11.1.2026 Explore the foundations of headstand
  • Sunday 18.1.2026 Build stability and lift into forearm stand
  • Saturday 31.1.2026 Play, balance, and take flight with handstand

We’ll break down inversions in a fun, supportive, and confidence-boosting way. Through targeted strength drills, partner work, and clear step-by-step guidance, you’ll learn exactly how to approach each pose with control, stability, and ease. As your body builds power and alignment, your mind will become increasingly comfortable - and excited - about going upside down.

Whether you’re brand-new to inversions or already spending time on your hands, this workshop meets you where you are. Beginners will get accessible entry points, while seasoned practitioners can explore deeper variations and new challenges.

Über

I am passionate about yoga for more reasons than I can fit in a paragraph, but if I would pick the main one it’s because yoga builds bridges; bridges within oneself, among humans, between human and the universe. As a dedicated yogi and a dance lover I love offering my students a holistic yoga experience and a safe space in which every-body is welcome to enjoy its practice, explore and learn. My teaching style combines traditional Ashtanga poses and sun salutations with more creative Vinyasa flow sequencing. I work on cultivating conscious and healthy breathing in my students. Despite how experienced or beginner yogis we are, moving with the breath helps us make the most out of each yoga asana and flow from pose to pose in a more mindful, smoother, rhythmical and freer way.
