


YOGA BEGINNER COURSE: A Journey through the Basics

Have you always wanted to start yoga but didn’t know where to begin? Maybe you’ve tried a class before and felt lost in the flow, or you’d like to revisit the fundamentals and refresh your practice? This 4-part YOGA BEGINNER COURSE is designed just for you.
Over the course of four Sundays, we’ll explore the essential principles of yoga, laying a solid foundation for your practice. Each session builds on the previous one, guiding you step by step through basic yoga poses (asanas), breathwork techniques, and an introduction to the philosophy behind the practice.
This course will help you:
- Develop confidence in your yoga practice
- Understand the key alignment principles for common poses
- Learn how to adapt postures to suit your body
- Create a mindful connection between breath and movement
The small group setting of max. 10 participants allow for personal attention and space to ask questions. Together, we’ll cultivate a practice that feels safe, supportive, and empowering whether you’re starting from scratch or coming back to the mat after a break.

No prior experience is needed, just your curiosity and a willingness to explore. Join us and take the first steps on your yoga journey in a warm and welcoming environment.
The course language will either be EN or DE, depending on participants. This course also has a limited number of participants to provide you with individual guidance and support. The sessions build on each other, so the course can only be booked as a 4-week course bundle. We recommend booking this course only if you can attend all the sessions. Missed or skipped sessions cannot be refunded. In the event of a cancellation of the entire course before it begins, the course fee will be credited; a refund of the course fee is not possible.
