Tsveta brings a rare combination of lived experience to the mat: years as a professional figure skater, a yoga teaching practice shaped by mentors like Mark Robberds and Patrick Beach, personal experience navigating hypermobility, and a serious strength training background. The result is a grounded, intelligent approach to movement that is both science-informed and deeply practical.

Whether you come from a yoga background, a sports background, or simply want to understand your body better - this workshop will change the way you move.

What you'll explore:

– The real difference between flexibility and mobility - and why it matters

– A full-body warm-up using CARS (Controlled Articular Rotations) to wake up every joint from head to toe

– A joint-by-joint tour of the body: feel your actual range of motion and learn what's possible

– Targeted mobility drills for the hips, shoulders, and spine - and how to weave them into your yoga practice

– PAILS & RAILS and contract-relax methods for flexibility training that actually sticks

– Strength-based end range training - because flexibility without strength is just instability

– A candid conversation about hypermobility and yoga: what it is, how to recognize it, and how to practice safely and intelligently if you have it
