NEW YEAR VISION

A movement-based workshop to start the year with clarity and intention.

We’ll begin with a potent Kundalini yoga Kriya to purify the body and activate Ajna chakra, the third eye, center of intuition and inner knowing. Through breathwork, meditation, creative writing, and guided movement, we will tap into our inner wisdom, invite play, and allow our deepest intentions to unfold and uncover our most aligned vision for the year ahead.

Embodying vision as direction, we ask ourselves; What do we want to move towards ? What do we want to move away from ?

An invitation to anchor our visions not just in mind, but in body and community. A warm and nourishing soup will be served after the workshop.
