Handstands & Acroyoga: Summer Retreat July 2026

Join us for 4 days of inversions & acroyoga!

This retreat will be a fun exploration of handstands and other playful inversions, both on the floor and on a base :) Expect a mix of yoga, acroyoga, handstand practice, games, massage and stretching. We can’t wait!

Looking for an active long weekend in the company of amazing people learning fun skills? This is what this multi-level acroyoga & handstand retreat is all about :)

Hannah & Alexis will guide you through different movement sessions, group activities as well as relaxing classes to balance all the activity.

Level: Beginner to Intermediate. We will offer variations so both newbies and people with experience can have fun in the workshops. This weekend is about exploring handstands & acroyoga as a means of connection. We go upside down both on our own and together.

You do not need to have prior experience in handstands or acroyoga - the group will be mixed in terms of level. If you have experience, we will give you variations that challenge you on the right level.

Location: The retreat takes place at a seminar center called “Der Baum” in Upper Austria (more details below).

Who are we?

Hannah & Alexis, teaching acroyoga and handstands full-time since 2022 in Vienna and having opened Austria’s first acroyoga studio in Vienna in 2023.

In the past 3 years, we have taught over 1.200 students and are more excited than ever to pass on our love for acroyoga and being upside down.

Thursday: arrival from 14:00 onwards

18:30-20:00 First acroyoga/inversion workshop

For reference: 50€ for food per day, rooms starting from 35-50€ per person per night (basic shared room category).
