The Circle Each gathering weaves together mantra, song, healing sound, reflective conversation, and gentle somatic rituals. Movement is simple. The invitation is deep.

We explore how ancient yogic wisdom — especially the Yoga Sūtras — lands in the body:in sensation, in emotion, in relationship, and in everyday life.
