Step into a Valentine’s vibe with a heart-warming class celebrating every kind of love: romantic love, friendship, and most importantly, self-love.

Flow in Love <3 welcomes singles and couples alike to move through a feel-good flow designed to soften the body, open the heart, and reconnect you with yourself. Expect grounding heart openers, an energising active flow, followed by slow, mindful movement and moments of pause to cultivate compassion, confidence, and inner warmth.

Parts of the class will be accompanied by live piano from Bernd Leichtfeld, along with live singing by yours truly <3

Malcolm is a passionate and dynamic yoga teacher with a strong foundation in both the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice. Growing up in the U.S., he trained with CorePower Yoga, developing a deep love for challenging flows and yoga sculpt classes that push students to build strength and endurance. While he thrives on high-energy, powerful sequences, Malcolm also embraces the deeper, meditative side of yoga, weaving in chanting and mindfulness to create a truly holistic experience. His incredible voice adds a soulful and uplifting element to his classes, leaving students feeling both energized and deeply connected.
